Compound Sentences
Sometimes a sentence has more than one verb or more than one subject.
The subject does more than one action or more than one subject does the action.
The following sentences are compound sentences.
The ball went over his head and broke Mrs. Smith’s stained glass window
Jim and John played baseball.
