- 8c-9- This was preached- if you confess and believe, you will be saved
- 10-15- salvation comes by hearing and believing
- 10-11- believe and confess and won't be put to shame
- 12-15- reason- same for everyone
- 12- God is Lord of all and rich in mercy to all
- 13-15- all who call on the name of the Lord will be saved
- 13- all who call on the Name will be saved
- 14-15- they cannot call unless believed, cannot believe unless heard, cannot hear unless preached, cannot preach unless sent
- 16 not everyone believes
- 17- faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of Christ
